YOUR FIT CORE® - ATHLETIC CORE WORKOUT!

YOURFIT CORE® is an innovative workout in a Fitness class format with about 40 minutes and aims to work the middle zone (core). The word “core” refers to the middle area of the body and many of the movements we perform depend on it and this is where the necessary strength for some of the exercises we usually do is born, not just focusing on the “Always” (abdominal). The training is motivating and athletic, but with many adaptations and levels of intensity, so that anyone can carry out in a safe and controlled way.
