YOURFIT PUMP® - STRENGTH, RESISTANCE, POWER!

YOURFIT PUMP® is a training program performed with bars and discs, using the principles of free weight training, adapting to the fitness class environment. The main characteristic of training is the work of muscular endurance, many repetitions with little weight. It is a training designed so that in 50 minutes an efficient work is achieved for all muscle groups, which will culminate in a strong and toned body, through a high caloric expenditure.
The YOURFIT PUMP® program consists of 10 songs and each one is designed for the work of one or more muscle groups.
This program also has a 30-minute training format, working equally with all muscle groups in a short time.
